Homzready website showcased on desktop and mobile

Project overview

Homzready connects homeowners with professionals and services around improving a home. The public site offers search and service routes for interior design, design and execution, turnkey work, smart homes, and outdoor projects. It explains a journey in which a homeowner shares a need, reviews provider portfolios and offers, chooses a payment route, and follows project updates and milestones. Financing is presented as an available option, but this portfolio entry concerns the digital marketplace experience rather than the financial infrastructure behind it. The project is therefore better understood as home-service discovery and coordination than as a property-listing website. Its information has to serve users at different stages, from early inspiration to comparing providers and following work already underway.

The business challenge

Home improvement brings together many service types, professional profiles, budgets, and project stages. A homeowner may know the desired result but not which service or provider best fits it. The general digital challenge is to make services discoverable, give providers room to show relevant work, and explain the steps from enquiry to project follow-up without reducing a complex decision to a single generic form.

The digital solution

The site begins with a service search and clear entry points into major home-improvement categories. Provider-oriented calls to action and the published process guide visitors from describing a need toward reviewing portfolios, options, and offers. Financing information is available as part of that journey, and the site describes project updates, reports, and milestones for work in progress. Responsive service cards make the catalogue usable on narrower screens. This structure supports exploration before commitment and helps homeowners understand which information becomes relevant at each step, while leaving the commercial and financing decisions with the platform and its providers.
